Booking conditions

Departures

Full day at sea tour:

- Boarding from 9:30am to 9:50am

- Arrival in port at 5:00pm

- Duration: 7 hours approx.

Half day at sea tour:

- Boarding from 9:30am to 9:50am / 1:30pm to 1:50pm

- Arrival in port at 1:30pm / 5:30pm

- Duration: 3 and a half hours approx.

Cancellations

100% of the purchased ticket price will be refunded for cancellations upto 24h prior.

If the client does not turn up during boarding time, the total ticket price will be lost.

Adverse weather

In the case of not being able to do the tour, due to adverse weather conditions, an alternative tour day will be offered or a complete refund will be given.

To take into consideration:

Passage limited to 75% of the ship´s capacity.

It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes, swimsuit, sunscreen & cap/hat.

Our tour offers the possibility of swimming via a walkway with direct access to the beach.

People with limited mobility are welcome on board.

Timetables and itineraries may suffer variations due to breakdowns (unforeseeable), adverse weather conditions or unexpected circumstances.

The company is not responsable for possible thefts or lost items (of the passengers).

Paella is available only for full day at sea tours

Only paella is served; not being possible to prepare other meals or types of food.

The price of the ticket will be the same whether the paella is consumed by the customer or not (Full day at sea).
